The ASAP auditor survey.

Purpose

This survey asks for structured input on priorities, evidence requirements and the commercial structure of ASAP, the audit platform that produces a sealed, independently verifiable Portable Evaluation Record of an organization's AI estate.

Your answers inform the scope of the first release, the residual-risk acceptance protocol, the certification-body handoff package and the commercial model.

Anonymous. The survey asks for no name and no email, and ICA keeps no IP address or user agent with the answers. They are used only to refine the platform.
